The Welland Rose Festival enters its 51st year in 2012 and continues to promote community pride and participation through many cultural, artistic, and otherwise engaging events during the month of June.
The 2012 Welland Rose Festival Committee is busy planning a truly golden Rose Parade, reviving old festival favourites - the Run for the Roses, booking awesome entertainment, and adding new events for everyone to enjoy during the 51st Welland Rose Festival.
